Pennsauken township squirrel house

This brick colonial home has all the charm with its multiple inside and outside fireplace. It also had a very, very large tree in the back that damaged the roof and allowed a family of squirrels to move in the attic. We spent some time to remove all the dirty insulation out and repair the damage cause by the unwelcomed guests. To increase the value, this home had 4 bedrooms, but only 1.5 baths, so we designed a new master bathroom and increased the overall value to the highest in that neighborhood.
