Moorestown no more falling bricks

This project had a lot of firsts for our team. We removed an in-ground swimming pool and filled in the backyard. Tore out and replaced the whole rear foundation wall. Removed the front brick facade and replace the front porch with a reinforced concrete ground beams that are supported on helical piers driven 30′ below the ground. The inspector commented that he has never seen such construction techniques used in residential construction.
