Maple shade - everything fits into a cape cod

We renovated a small cape cod home in Maple Shade Township that had 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor along with a large unfinished storage room. We redesigned the 2nd floor for an extra bedroom and a new full bathroom to be built where the storage room was situated. We were able to dramatically increase the value of the home by converting it from a 3 bedroom 1 bath to a 4 bedroom 2 bath home all inside of a 1,600 Sf. Ft. home.
