Gloucester township extra room

This project was special because the value was always there, but was never realized. This great looking expanded cape style home was listed as a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. Not many people were interested in a 2 bedroom home, however we realized the possibility based on the size of the home listed as over 2,100 Sq.Ft., with some research we found out that the home has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, and the original homeowner did not build out the 2nd floor that normally has another bedroom and bathroom. We easily finished the already framed-out spaces and combined with new finishes and new kitchen and bath, was able to quickly turn into a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath expanded cape cod home.
