“Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”– Mathew 13:8

Kantaloupe is the crop from our first company, Real Estate Farmer, where we grew value in real estate by effectively allocating resources into distressed properties and turn them into amazing homes. Through our financial strength, experience, and quality work, we were able to renovate many dozens of discarded and abandoned properties into beautiful and loving homes where families grow. However, as we were able acquire more and more properties, we were able to learn about their previous owners. The same stories seem to repeat itself, which is the previous owners went through a difficult financial situation and either ended up losing their home due to foreclosure by the banks or was bought out by real estate wholesalers without much gains in the process. This is what lead us to reimagine our company and the effects of what we do and how we positively affect people’s lives. Our solution was not to only do the renovation after the fact, but instead to align ourselves and partner up with the current homeowner and improve the property before resale so that both parties can benefit.

We take charge in the design and construction management for a turnkey renovation process which allows a hands-off approach from the homeowner. The result is simple; we profit when the homeowner profits from increases through our turnkey renovation process.

Giving back to the community

God has blessed us with all that we have been able to achieve, from our humble beginnings as immigrants growing up in disadvantaged neighborhoods in Camden, NJ and Philadelphia, PA, to the number of projects we completed in the last few years. Even in the mist of the pandemic, we were able to excel beyond our own abilities.

We have been long time volunteers in our church and community, from helping with construction management of the building of our church in Medford, NJ or designing and construction of another church in Philadelphia, PA, to helping as marriage coaches for couples that need guidance, and hosting community groups bible study in our home, our ability to give back to our community is unbound by God’s blessings.
As we continue our walk with god, we are committed to helping to our community, our country, and our planet.
